One nurse to another this morning, explaining where Katharine's injuries came from: "it was bike vs. truck". A very welcome light note. :) Yesterday afternoon the gentleman who drove up immediately after the accident happened, and took care of her until the ambulance arrived (and then even waited until we arrived) called to check on Katharine - what an angel he was (and is)!!
